VPN ClientSetup Guide

Follow one clear workflow from account creation through connection verification. You do not need to understand route protocols first: connect the client, then adjust the region for your use case.

Account access

Create an account and open the user panel

First, open the QC VPN account creation page. Registration only requires a username and password; no email address is needed. Your username will be used to sign in to the user panel, while your password protects your plans, orders, and subscription details. Choose a username that is easy to distinguish from those used on other sites, and save the password in a trusted password manager.

Submit the form when you are finished. If the page says the username is already in use, return to the field and choose another one. If the password fails validation, follow the form’s guidance and submit again. After the account is created, you will enter the user panel, where you can find the account overview, client downloads, and plans. Payments, subscription copying, and client downloads are all handled there, so you do not need to search through promotional pages for each entry point.

If you already have an account, do not create another one. Use the sign-in link on the right side of the header to access the existing account. Plans and subscriptions are tied to the account currently signed in, so the orders shown in the user panel will differ between accounts. Confirm the username before continuing to choose a plan.

Billing options

Choose a plan and place your order

After signing in, open the Plans section of the user panel. QC VPN offers two billing options: monthly subscriptions for ongoing use, with data resetting each month on the activation date, and data packages that are consumed as needed, remain available until used, and never expire. Consider how often you connect rather than looking only at the data allowance. If you connect every day or share the service across several devices, a monthly subscription is easier to manage on a fixed cycle. For occasional travel, temporary access to international services, or backup data, a data package is usually more straightforward.

Monthly subscriptions: ¥9.9/month for 60GB, ¥18/month for 250GB, or ¥28/month for 500GB. Data packages: ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, or ¥658/3000GB. All plans support Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux, with unlimited devices, and cover 90+ countries and 200+ routes. If you upgrade a monthly subscription mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated against the remaining days. Recheck the plan name and amount on the order confirmation page before submitting.

After choosing a plan, open the order confirmation page and pay with Alipay, WeChat, or USDT. When you return to the user panel, check the order status first. Once the status has updated, open the account overview to get your subscription. If payment is complete but the panel has not updated, do not repeatedly submit the same order; refresh the order section later instead. If you still have questions, contact support through a user-panel ticket.

Account credentials

Get the subscription link from the user panel

After the order takes effect, open the account overview in the user panel. The subscription section provides the subscription details available for the current account and a copy option. Click Copy to place the full content on the clipboard. Do not edit any characters or display it in chat groups, public documents, or screenshots. The subscription link is tied to account access. If it is exposed, return to the user panel to review and update it rather than continuing to use the publicly shared value.

This guide does not display a real subscription address. To understand the format, treat the clearly fake value https://example.com/sub?token=YOUR_TOKEN as one complete piece of text that must be copied in full: everything from the protocol at the beginning through the final parameters is part of the link. In practice, copy only the value provided by the user panel. Do not import the example address into a client or manually replace its characters.

If the subscription option has not appeared in the account overview, first confirm that the order is active and that you are signed in to the account used to place it, then refresh the user panel. If it still does not appear, submit an issue through the panel’s ticket entry and include only the order status text; subscription content should not be included in ticket screenshots. Once the subscription option is visible, stay signed in and open the download area to get the client for your system.

Platform setup

Import the subscription into the right client

In the user panel’s download area, select your device’s operating system and get the QC VPN client. Downloads are provided only in the user panel; promotional pages do not host static installers. After installation, open the client and find Subscription management or Add subscription. Paste the complete link you copied earlier and run an update. When the update succeeds, selectable regional routes should appear. If the list is empty, recheck the copied content or trigger a manual subscription update.

WINDOWS

Windows client setup

In the user panel’s download area, select Windows and get the QC VPN client for desktop systems. After installation, open the client and find “Subscription,” “Configuration,” or “Add subscription” in the main window or sidebar. Choose Import from link, paste the complete subscription content copied from the account overview into the field, and save it.

After saving, click Update subscription and wait for regional routes to appear in the list. On the first connection, the system may ask to let the client modify network settings. Allow it only after confirming that the app name belongs to the client you just installed. Return to the route list, choose a target region, and start the connection. If the window is minimized to the system tray, reopen the main window from the tray icon to check the connection status.

MACOS

macOS client setup

In the user panel’s download area, open the macOS section, get the relevant client, and complete installation as prompted by the system. The first launch may show an authorization request for network or VPN configuration. This permission is required for the client to establish a connection. Confirm that you are configuring the QC VPN client, then complete the authorization dialog.

Open the client’s subscription management page and choose Add via link. Paste the complete subscription content and save it. Then run an update so the client can retrieve the currently available routes. If the client icon is in the menu bar, expand the connection panel there. Choose a region, start the connection, and check whether the menu bar or main client window shows a connected status. Do not run other tools that modify the system network path at the same time, as they can make the status difficult to assess.

ANDROID

Android client setup

Sign in to the user panel using your device browser, select Android in the download area, and get the QC VPN client according to the panel’s current instructions. After installing and opening it, go to Subscription management, tap Add, and choose “Import from link” or a similarly named option. Long-press the field to paste the subscription content, confirm that both the name and link were saved, then return to the subscription list and run an update.

When the routes finish loading, choose a target region and tap Connect. The first time the system creates a VPN configuration, it will show a permission prompt; allow it so the client can manage the current network connection. A VPN status indicator usually appears in the system status bar while connected. If a page stops loading after switching from Wi-Fi to a mobile network, disconnect in the client first, then reconnect to the selected route so the network path can be re-established.

IOS

iOS client setup

On an iPhone or iPad, sign in to the user panel, open the iOS section in the download area, and get the supported client through the current entry provided there. After installation, open the client’s subscription or configuration page and choose Add via URL. Paste the complete subscription content from the account overview. Save it, run an update, and wait for the regional routes to sync.

When selecting a route and starting the connection, iOS will ask to add a VPN configuration. Confirm as prompted by the system, then return to the client to check the connection status. To change regions later, select a new route in the client and establish the connection again; do not edit the subscription text directly. If an update fails, first confirm that the user panel still opens normally in your browser, then return to the client and paste the complete content again.

Connection check

Connect to a route and verify that it works

After updating the subscription, choose a route based on the target service’s region. For services in Japan, start with a Japan route; for services in the United States, start with a US route. For general browsing, begin with a nearby region. Route names and types appear in the client or user panel, so there is no need to judge quality by name alone. For an explanation of the differences between IEPL, transit, and direct routes, read the full buying guide.

After clicking Connect, wait until the client clearly shows “Connected” or an equivalent status before opening your browser. To avoid stale page cache affecting the result, open a new browser tab and visit the service you need. Check that the page loads normally and that the account region matches the selected route. A button changing color is not enough; the target service must reload successfully to confirm that the connection path works.

If a page still shows the result from before connecting, refresh it. If nothing changes, close the tab and reopen it. Apps that were already running before the connection may continue using an old session, so quitting and reopening them is often clearer. After verification, choose routes according to your needs; there is no need to repeatedly import the subscription. When the route list needs refreshing, run an update in the client’s subscription management section.

Verification order

Confirm the client status, reopen the target service, and check its service region. Complete all three in sequence before everyday use.

Basic troubleshooting

When import or connection fails

If the subscription cannot be imported, return to the account overview and click Copy again. Make sure the beginning, ending parameters, and any spaces are intact. Then delete the item you just created in the client if it failed to update, and import again through Add via link. Do not split the link into multiple parts or mistake another page’s browser address for subscription content.

If routes appear in the client but the connection fails, disconnect the current route and try another route in the same target region. After switching networks, wait for the network itself to recover before connecting. If multiple network tools are running, quit the others that modify network settings, keep only the current client, and reconnect. This helps distinguish a route issue from a device-network problem or a configuration conflict.

If the connection succeeds but the target service behaves unexpectedly, check that the selected region matches the service’s requirements and restart the target app. If the issue remains, there is no need to try complex settings on this page. Visit FAQs for connection and troubleshooting categories, or submit a user-panel ticket with the client system, selected region, and error message. For a broader explanation of route selection, billing models, and device sharing, read the buying guide; this page focuses only on the core steps needed for your first connection.
